2014: North American Bioindustries introduces the new NAB MARINE line of earth-friendly products to serve boating enthusiasts. New Marine products introduced include a bilge cleaner, black streak remover, hull cleaner, all purpose boat cleaner, and a marine battery acid cleaner & neutralizer.
2010: North American Bioindustries is sold to a new owner and the new company becomes North American Bioindustries, LLC, but still retains the familiar name well known to its customers — NAB. NAB moves to a new production facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and continues to grow and sell its unique and proprietary cleaning products factory-direct as well as through a network of independent representatives and distributors to customers in the United States and Canada.
2010: Dr. Tab Products, LLC is split into two business entities — North American Bioindustries and Chief’s Choice.
2006: NAB is acquired by Dr. Tab Products, LLC.
2003: NAB increases its production facility to 26,000 sq. ft.
2002: NAB receives the Future 50 Award as one of Milwaukee’s Fastest Growing Companies.
2001: Due to increased business demand, NAB increases its production facility to 19,000 sq. ft. and increases personnel by 30%.
1999: NAB implements its ISO 9000 comparable quality system that is constantly updated to meet the rapid growth of the company and insure quality performance.
1998: NAB enters the liquid filling and packaging business due to customer requests for high speed filling of containers ranging in size from 4 oz. bottles, to 5 gallon pails, to 55 gallon drums. The Wisconsin Department of Commerce awards NAB a low interest research loan to expand its business. The production facility is expanded to 11,000 sq. ft.
1994: NAB’s proprietary products are manufactured at its 5,000 sq. ft. facility in New Berlin, Wisconsin, to where NAB moves in 1994.
1992: North American Bioindustries Corporation is founded in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to develop environmentally friendly industrial cleaning chemicals. NAB (as it becomes known) manufactures its products as an alternative to hazardous cleaning chemicals that industry often uses. Environmentally responsible companies have started switching to this type of technology as regulation of hazardous chemicals has become more stringent. One of NAB’s first customers is Harley-Davidson Motor Company, which works closely with NAB to implement the use of NAB 9000 Floor Cleaner and NAB Metal Parts Wash.
